Ipod drivers not downloading...

Hi, i've tried to get my iPod nano 6th gen to work with my win 11 pc, Itunes knows it's connected because it asked me "would you like to download drivers for ipods ?" but apparently it doesn't download it because i can't access my iPod. Could somone help me please ?

(btw if my english is not good, i'm french sorry)
