How do I fix a bouncing hidden email on a website?

So here's the deal; one the hidden email I've used doesn't seem to work. The website says the mails they send just bounce back. I've tried activate and inactive my regular mail connected to that one but it doesn't work since the website says the same thing.

What can I do to fix this problem?
