IN Sonoma and Sequoia fonts are too faint and hardly visible

Hello all, i am in May MacStudio m1:

As I am older my sight is getting worse.

The new Sonoma and Sequoia allow to enlarge the display and modify the font shape.

However in the Apple messages and menu and menu choices the fonts are small and in very faint grey, and they are invisible.

Also even in dark mode the menu bar or clicking the various ìinformations to choose what I need to do remain small, hardly visible.

Increasing contrast doesn't work for every app and if applied adds contrast to all in the screen

in all images, cinema and photography.

Is there an application which would leave images as they are while increasing contrast darkening only for the text by default for everything; apps web etc?
