Original Title: My iPhone XS turns off while charging and will not turn on when I ise the power button. It also weirdly turns on when I unplug the charger. I replaced the battery and have done software updates already the problem persists. How do I fix it??

Lawrence Finch is completely correct. If YOU replaced the battery, which is not user serviceable on iPhone XS, you couldn't have used an authentic Apple Battery and posting the Analytics are meaningless as we mere mortals cannot read them. Only Apple can and then only with specialized software. But here's the rub, if you opened your iPhone yourself to replace the battery, Apple won't touch your phone in any way. And if you did replace the battery yourself, it's time to buy a new iPhone.

Sorry about that, I thought I had posted the full question.

The unexpected shut downs while charging started even before I replaced the battery(which had significantly degraded and the repairer had suggested a battery swap), the first panic full logs started popping about the same time too. I was hoping someone knows what it actually means since seemingly, the repairer gave me a wrong diagnostic.

Everything was normal with the phone after battery replacement, until just 4 days ago, where it started the same thing.

Did you replace the battery yourself? If yes, no one here can help you. And we've already told you Apple won't touch a phone which has been tampered with.

There is no point in looking through analytics; there is nothing you can learn from them without an iOS data dictionary, and that is only available to Apple employees working in development areas. And even they don’t actually look at logs; they process them with an app that generates a human readable report, because they don’t want to slog through thousands of lines of gibberish either.

However, the reason for the panic in this case was a hardware problem.

iPhone XS turns off while charging and won't turn on with the power button, but turns on when unplugged.
