Feedback on Apple support

If you posted it on this forum click on your avatar at the top right then select My Subscriptions. Your past posts should appear there. (Edit: I just checked and the only post by you that I see is the one is the one you posted to ask this.)

This is the only place of which I know that Apple provides for general posting by users, but in fact they do not monitor this forum for service feedback. In that regard your outline is somewhat puzzling. This is a user to user forum.

A support evaluation is a function of Apple support management. They are the only ones likely to have any saved survey/feedback communications. If you posted the review here, Support never saw it.

Internal forum search only goes back about three months, but posts are held in perpetuity. If you you posted a review here more than three months ago, you need to use a search engine and this site-delimited search string:

site:discussions.apple.com "andre_mil"

You can copy/paste that.

If you retype it, note that there is no space between "site:" and "discussions." If you add the space, the search won't work properly.

Unfortunately, In spite of the official forum name, "Apple Support Communities," Apple support will neither see nor respond to questions posted in this user-to-user setting.
