How can I lock two Finder windows together on Mac?

I find it really painful to finally get two Finder Windows to sit side by side. Exit Full Screen>Tile Window to Left of Screen, open a new Finder Window, (then the first window disappears somewhere, find another Finder Window. Tile Window to Right of Screen........Ahhhhhhhhh..

Obviously I’m not understanding how it works and Stage Manager (in Sonoma 14.7.6) may play a role in the disappearing Window but........

Is there anyway I can Lock two Finder Windows together and be done with it? I don’t want to go through “setting” them up every time.
