How to contact Green Dot Bank about a permanently restricted Apple Pay account for a minor?

I recently tried to send money which I’ve done for years through Apple Pay to my son, and I have learned that his account has been permanently restricted. He is 16 and that is probably why they ended up restricting him however, due to this, I cannot set up a family account and Apple Pay will not give me direction on how to get in contact with Green dot Bank to resolve this issue. If I try to call Green dot bank myself it asked me for my card number and I am not a card holder through them. I understand about bank terms, etc. just looking for who I need to speak to about this to get Assistance and get this cleared up.

Not sure what number your called, but here are 2 different methods for contact:

You may find that your son is going to have to create a new Apple Account. Make sure the correct birthdate is used as Apple Cash should not have even been an option for a minor unless information was used that is determined to be fraudulent resulting in the account being permanently locked.
