How do I resolve an unknown error when purchasing Robux with Cash App card?

so, I got sum off to Roblox and go to the robux icon and I pick out how much and then I click to double pay, then it says I can’t purchase it because it was an error an unknown one and my Apple Pay card is unlocked and stuff so idk what to do.
