Unable to access Apple Wallet and Apple Pay in Pakistan

Why Apple wallet and Apple Pay cannot add any debit or credit cards in Pakistan whenever I tried to add card it goes to apple website describing how to add cards in apple wallet please explain why it happens as I also have different cards other from Pakistani banks

Apple Pay is not yet supported in Pakistan.

When it will be is impossible to say as Apple does not disclose such things ahead of time.

Apple needs to work with local governments and banking institutions to implement it and they can't force them, nor force the regulations to accept it.

In some countries regulations require banking services to be hosted locally as well as well as customer data and offer certain options which conflict with Apple Pay's mechanisms. Places like India also still lack Apple Pay due to government regulations.

When Apple Is able to make it available in Pakistan, you can be sure it will be promoted.
