after the newest update on my phone when I go on Genmoji it doesn’t let me use it and it says downloading support idk if it’s the same for everyone

That means your iPhone is currently installing Genmoji. This is normal and usually can take a few hours. No one immediately after installing the update can use Genmoji. To speed up this process leave your iPhone plugged in and connected to a strong Wi-Fi.
