Why is there a green spot on the right display of my Apple Vision Pro?

Hi, I have had my VP for a little over two month now and have loved it and used it a lot, recently there is a small green blob only in the right display that appears when viewing black content, I have tried a factory reset, and disconnecting the battery, the lenses don't have any debris or physical damage. I took it to the Apple Store and they said they don't service it in store. Dead pixel?
