You’ve canceled the service with Xfinity? That’s the first thing to do. Subscriptions are contracts and the credit card bank will honor the transaction unless the subscription is canceled. You’ll be able to dispute the charge with the bank, if it does go through after canceling.
Did you set the subscription up using Apple Pay service?
