How to get an Apple Account Card

I have heard about an Apple account card, but I can’t find an option to set it up. Is this a US only feature( I live in the UK) Or do I need to do something different.

iPhone XR, iOS 18

There is an Apple Account (formerly Apple ID) account balance, and Apple Gift Cards and direct transfers end up in that balance. Money transferred into an Apple Account eventually and inevitably goes to Apple. Gift cards cannot be used to buy more gift cards.

There is an Apple Card, which is a credit card operated by Goldman Sachs for Apple. It works like a credit card, though integrated with Apple devices and apps. Apple Card is available to US citizens and legal US residents.

There is also Apple Pay, which is a means to register many credit and debit cards into Apple Wallet, and allowing purchases to be made with those payment cards without presenting the physical payment card. Apple Pay is tied to Apple devices and apps, but the payment cards are operated by third-party payment providers; banks, credit unions, and other institutions.
