Can the Pro Apps Bundle for education be installed on multiple Macs with the same Apple ID?

Hello, i am interested in buying the Pro Apps Bundle for Education. I would like to know in how many macs can the Bundle be installed with the same Apple ID. Also the family members can get access to this Bundle for free?
