Lost music and playlists after eSound app removal on iPhone

Hello!

I am facing an issue due to the removal of the eSound - MP3 Music Player App from the App Store.

This app was very important to me because it stored all my music and playlists that I had been collecting for a long time. Now, I can no longer download the app, and I have completely lost access to my data.

I need to know:

1. Is there any way to restore access to my data (music, playlists) from this app?

2. Can I contact the developer to request a backup of my data?

3. Does Apple have any mechanisms for recovering information from removed apps?

Losing this information is critical for me, so I would really appreciate any help or possible solutions.

Thank you for your time! I look forward to your response.

Dear users, eSound developer here. The eSound app was removed by Apple and we are working with them in an attempt to restore it. Please be patient. I know the situation is frustrating but we hope to find a positive outcome with Apple for the benefit of all our users.

Hello! I have used esound for the longest time and it had been glitching so I uninstalled it with the intention of reinstalling it, completely unaware that it had been removed from the app store. I spent hours searching and I searched something like esound.com and found a website that is esound that let me log into my account and access all my music! Hope this helps❤️

Thanks for the advice. I also got a new phone, transferred my data, and tried to log into eSound, and then - epic fail. My disappointment was beyond words, and I was really upset because the app was truly important to me. I also downloaded Spotify and am slowly adding my songs, but it still doesn’t feel the same. I guess it’s just a matter of habit. I really hope they bring the app back.

The exact thing happened to me Saturday when I had to get a new phone. I had to screen shot all of my songs and input them into Spotify. The good thing is Spotify automatically recognizes what music you like so many of your songs will be listed to choose already. Makes me so mad this happened. I loved e sound. Spotify takes time to learn. Just google any questions on how to use it. It is helpful.
